The free breakfast offered in the morning was great quality, with a wide range of choices. The hotel is situated above an amazing pub, which has a amazing beer garden. "Front desk staff and restaurant were rather unfriendly and borderline rude. Room wasn’t very clean Expected more amenities in the room eg fridge Spa area was good but floors around pool very slippery and changing rooms floors soaking wet. More regular checking and cleaning. Pub and kitchen staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful Breakfast staff need better training with regards to hospitality etiquette and not handling cutlery and crockery where guests would be placing their mouths I was still eating breakfast and drinking my coffee and staff were trying to clear my plates and removed saucer whilst I was drinking my coffee "
