「False advertising and completely unacceptable. The address provided by Expedia led to an American Best Value Inn in Knob Noster, but there was no sign identifying the hotel I booked and no clear indication that the property listed on Expedia was located there. There was also no way to reach the front desk. When I arrived at the address, the hotel appeared to be located behind the main building. There were two separate buildings, and the property looked very shady and more like an apartment...

「This motel was one of the worst motels I have ever tried staying in. Upon check in staff was very confused on which room to give me. I was given a room but upon keying in the door was open and had trash, beer cans everywhere and was not clean or ready. Dogs barking in the background and the smell of weed in the halls and gentlemen smoking a joint in his car as I parked as well. Side tracked back to the room. I was given a second room and it had the window open, was at minimum 90 degrees with the...

「Requested several times for NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES. Do not disturb my room. My request was ignored and my room was entered several times. My AC shut off (100° outside). Sentimental jewelry lost because request for my rrom to be left alone was not honored. No refunds for early departure. Would never recommend this property」

「The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! 」

「Loved the vault/closet in our studio! The zero entry shower was beautiful and will be fantastic for anyone needing somewhat handicapped accessible accommodation like my dad especially because there are no stairs to maneuver. Beautiful room, very clean and well stocked kitchen. We found this by accident and now we hope to stay there whenever we come to town. We also loved the Clue inspired names of the rooms!」
