Dogs welcome!

K9 Kottage was truly welcoming to my big dogs! Bowls, toys,and beds, and a great backyard, situated in a lovely location for just rambling the neighborhood. As for the humans with me, we enjoyed the comfortable and super clean rooms, well stocked with items for regular use.

Fabulous staycation!

We had a wonderful stay at the K9 cottage! The house was very homey, well-stocked, and the pups had a BLAST - the yard was perfect for them to wander without getting too far astray. The bed was outrageously comfortable. Bryan was a fabulous host and was very helpful, accommodating, and kind. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time here. We hosted two celebration of life gatherings and all who joined had a terrific time in this very comfortable cottage. The deck was the greatest extra room and we fully enjoyed being outthere when there was overflow in the living room. We stayed for ten nights and were pleased about each day and every one of the nights. The fenced in yard was a double bonus for Tucker and us!

Great location!

Great base location for all things Philadelphia. House was very clean, cozy and in a great neighborhood. We didn’t use the backyard, however it appears to be fenced. Owners were very responsive with all questions. Highly recommended!

Some technical issues, but with owner’s help they were fixed. The house is lovely, needs a few more pillows in the living room, but very comfortable. Great beds and feather!! pillows!! The outdoor area is great- lots of seating and a nice grill. Also very private and quiet. One thing all VRBOs need: a tea kettle! This the 3rd time I stayed at a VRBO property that did not have either a stove top or electric kettle. For die hard tea drinkers the microwave just doesn’t cut it. Thanks Bryan!

VRBO in Berwyn

Nice house -- kitchen appliances and dishware were high-end and served our needs well. Rooms met our needs -- beds were very comfortable. TV (streaming Roku) channels offered a lot of channels but not broadcast channels or standard CBS news. Location was a little far from our activities in Bryn Mawr but offered nearby shopping and restaurants.

Decent place to stay with pets

This property was a good spot for a stay over the holidays. Communication with property owner was near impossible when we weren’t sent our check in information. Did not receive any reply during stay when I reached out for something either. The fence for the yard is pretty short so if you have large dogs be aware that they could be fully capable of jumping the fence.

My husband and I enjoyed our experience at this property. We were able to bring our little papillon with us. Nice fenced in back yard for her. The beds were so very comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is: 1. Think about putting a tv in one of the bedrooms 2. Putting some window treatments or blinds at windows in living room The home has everything you would need to make meals. A very comfortable environment overall.

Location and privacy!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is! As a frequent traveler with my dog, it is hard to find a comfortable, clean and convenient place for both of us and this place has it all and more! The open design is stunning and the private yard makes you feel like you’re surrounded by nature in the heart of one of the best centrally located places outside of Philly. It is truly a gem!
