We really enjoyed having the balcony in our room. Allowed for fresh air and morning coffee outside in our own personal space. Staff were very friendly. Building and rooms were maintained and clean.

The staff was really great, breakfast staff was excellent. The pool area was closed but the manager made up for it and we appreciated it. I think the shower ran out of hot water one morning, it was tepid. Everything else was great, a nice relaxing stay. Bed was comfy!

We stayed at this hotel for the cubs/pirates game and it was a excellent location that did not charge parking! The kids loved the pool in the morning - check out was at noon which worked out great for sleeping in and a little pool time. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Would book this hotel again :)
