My stay would have been upwards of pleasant, if not for the manager. Through no fault of any staff, there was a mixup with the card reader. The manager was short, impatient, and passive aggressive. She even made a snide remark about my bank account, because I was double charged for incidentals. It was frustrating and impacted my whole stay. The other staff was phenomenal, namely the morning shift. But because of the manager, I cannot give a great rating.
