Guest Verification Requirement

To comply with legal regulations and property security guidelines, guests may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, complete our verification portal, and, in certain cases, undergo a criminal background check.



Important: All information collected is solely for verification and screening purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.



All guests are required to review and agree to a rental usage agreement, which governs the terms of your stay. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You accept and will adhere to our rental terms and conditions.

• You will provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

• You may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management or owner.

• Check-in instructions will be provided only after successful completion of our verification portal.



Guests must complete all verification steps within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, all information must be submitted within 1 hour. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet verification requirements.



Pets

Pets are welcome depending on size, but please notify us in advance. Being upfront helps avoid cancellations. Additional cleaning fees per pet apply:

Pet Cleaning Fees (per pet):

• 1–4 nights: $35/day

• 5–29 nights: $250

• 30+ nights: $400



Parking Information

Street parking options vary and may include:

• Metered parking – Paid during certain hours, often free evenings and Sundays.

• Permit parking – Residential permits required; signs indicate zones and restrictions.

• Free street parking – Limited availability and can fill quickly, especially in Northern Liberties.
