Apartment in an enormous converted school

The apartment is in an enormous converted school. The apartment was ok- The floor is concrete which is ok- but the floor at the entrance was ugly and needed a rug or something to cover it. There weren't enough towels (they let us order a couple more from GoPuff so that was ok.) There were dishes (clean I guess) in the dishwasher when we arrived. The coffee pods for the Kurig looked kind of old, so we bought our own. Water pressure could have been better. On the plus side- the beds and sofa were comfortable and all the appliances worked. The neighborhood doesn't have a lot around if you're planning to spend much time hanging our there. It was fine- not great, but fine.
