Great place to stay in Scottsdale!

We really enjoyed this condo in the Kierland area in Scottsdale. It was well maintained with great amenities. The classy Kierland Golf Course is just around the corner.

Beautiful condo and great location.Be careful as the guest tub very slippery.The poor communication as management did not answer back if there were stairs or not as I am disabled.Otherwise very nice and good for a couple.

We loved how accessible this property was to several areas of interest for us-Old Town, Desert Mountain, Surprise…. The property was clean and well equipped. A short and easy walk to the gym and pool which was nice. Property manager was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again!

The property was clean and spacious. It should be noted that there were at least 20 stairs going up so bringing the suitcases up is a problem and the apartment is poorly lit but it is a lovely clean apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Little gem in Scottsdale

Conveniently located , Safeway , walgreens etc 3 mins drive . Cheesecake factory 5mins drive. Shops and restaurants at Keirland Commons 5 mins. Nice pool area , small gym. Apartment was clean and well furnished, fully equipped kitchen . We had a very enjoyable 12 days . Thanks !

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean and inviting, as well as fully stocked with everything you would need! Was only a short walk to the pool, where we enjoyed lounging in the sun! Our only suggestion would be to have darker blinds in the bedrooms as it was fairly bright in the early mornings! The patio furniture smelt like cigarettes which was not inviting to site on. Overall we had an awesome stay!!

Nice spot!

Stayed in this unit for 5 nights. The place is in a great location and unit is well equipped with pretty much everything you would need to prepare meals and hang out. The garage is great especially with the temps over 100F each day. The location is great, walking distance to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing to note is that this unit is ground floor entry, but you must go upstairs for the unit. Anyone with mobility issues might struggle. There was just 2 of us so lots of space, the unit would work well with family of 4 or 2 couples. We used the pool and the BBQ area, both are great! We also used the gym which has a decent amount of equipment to get a workout in with A/C. Would recommend and would return.

We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that.

Kierland Greens Condo

We have stayed at other units in this community and this was our least favorite. The layout is a bit different with lots of space allocated to the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, leaving the bedrooms and bathrooms less space in the 1400sqft unit. It did not have simple things, like clock radios in the bedrooms and the towels provided were fine but limited quantities. There was a strange reoccurring loud knocking sound emanating from the fridge which we reported to the property manager. The manager suggested it might be due to work in another unit but the random timing of the noise (11pm for example) led us to discount this explanation. Other reviews mentioned that the owner has a car parked in the double garage. We only used one car so it didn’t bother us, but it’s unusual in our experience. There was a severe calcium buildup on the showerhead in the master bathroom. We bought some CLR and cleaned it up as best we could. We also noticed quite a bit of dust buildup in the vents that could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture in the living room. Overall a good stay, but the unit could use some attention to detail.

Tremendous spot close to everything you could want

Had our honeymoon here to plan for retirement. Absolutely beautiful location, really enjoyed the stay. The place looks just like the photos and we enjoyed it immensely!
