Five thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer a total of 12 sleeping beds, making our home an ideal destination for families and large groups seeking both space and comfort. Each space is meticulously crafted, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay.
The outdoor oasis in the backyard is a sanctuary of relaxation. A sparkling pool is surrounded by sun loungers for basking in the Arizona sun. A bocce ball court invites friendly competition, while the hot tub promises soothing moments under the desert sky. Sharpen your golf skills on the putting green or unwind under the gazebo, where outdoor seating and a TV create a scenic setting. As the sun sets, the gazebo, adorned with string lights, becomes a beautiful space for shared moments and laughter.

Nestled in Moon Valley, you will have easy access to major freeways to travel the entire Phoenix metropolitan area. By car, this home is located:
• 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
• 25 minutes to Downtown Phoenix
• 25 minutes to Chase Field and Talking Stick Arena
• 30 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall
• 20 minutes to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter
• 20 minutes to TPC Stadium Golf Course and Phoenix Open Golf Tournament
• 30 minutes to Talking Stick Casino, Topgolf, and OdySea Aquarium
• 20 minutes to Mayo Clinic
House Rules & Important Information:
• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
• Pool is not heated.
• Must be 25+ in order to book.
• NO PARTIES – all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
• Quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance. (Duplicate kept as requested; let me know if you want it removed.)
• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest.
If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.
