Amenities include a private office, high-speed Wi-Fi, games, and a huge TV for movie nights. A grassy yard, fireplaces, and four spacious bedrooms complete this perfect getaway.

POOL HEATING
There is a $200/day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact us at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

NOISE
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine if detected.

PRIVACY
This home receives yard and landscaping maintenance once per month. Please note that maintenance crew may arrive during your stay.

ACCESSIBILITY
This Wander is a single-storey home with no stairs.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Any leftover waste will incur additional fees.
