The Mountainside Oasis house is a spacious home perfectly set up for your dream vacation getaway. This house has a private, dreamy type back yard that comes fully equipped with plenty of floaties for the pool, full outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, yard games, patio furniture, outdoor TV that you can watch from the pool, and even an outdoor heater for the winter months. Enjoy Arizona's breathtaking sunsets with a view from the master bedroom balcony.

The home has an open layout and is designed for entertaining. Large great room to watch big sports games or even just your favorite movies. Be sure to take that special social media photo on the beautiful grass wall. Located in the garage, you will find more entertainment such as arcade style basketball, foosball and air hockey.

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a 5th room that is located off the master bedroom with an indoor day bed that includes a full size bed as well as a pull out twin trundle. This house sleeps 11 persons comfortably and we look forward to hosting you!

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire house as well as the backyard during their stay. You will be provided a custom code to enter the home within 24 hours prior to your check in.

PARKING:
4 vehicles max on this property. All of which will need to be parked in the driveway (parking in the garage is unavailable due to games inside and is prohibited at all times). Please do not move these games in an attempt to park in the garage. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF ANY OF THE NEIGHBORS HOMES.

Uber & Lyft typically arrive within 10 mins of your request.

Other things to note:

OCCUPANCY:
You are entitled to 12 persons for your stay or the same amount of persons that you book for this reservation. If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically cancelled with no refund. Please be cognizant of the number of guests you enter while booking your reservation. Should this change after you book, please reach out to me with any changes.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are four cameras on the property.
1) front driveway
2) doorbell camera
3) side of house / RV parking
4) backyard

Please note that these cameras are specifically for the safety and protection of our guests, as well as the host. Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests with no refund for the unused nights. There are no cameras inside the home.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am per Phoenix/Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, the guest will be responsible for for the fine (up to $2500). Trust me, this is not worth it...

EARLY CHECK INs / LATE CHECK OUTs
This home is in high demand and it's very typical that there are back-to-back reservations. Because of this, it makes it difficult to accommodate early check ins and late check outs. Should there not be anyone staying the night before your check in, we are happy to allow an early check in's. Same applies for a late check out's. If there is not someone coming in that same day, happy to allow a late check out. This needs to be approved in advance to allow the cleaners to adequately prepare for their clean. Please do not ask for a late check out the night before you leave as our cleaners are on a tight scheduled as well.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS:
You are welcome to play music outside by the pool; however, please be cognizant of the neighbors and keep the music levels low. The outdoor TV is a smart TV and you are welcome to sign into your music app. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, the pool is heated. This is available for an additional fee of $75 per night and a requirement of 2 days/nights minimum. The reason why: it costs me about $200 to heat the pool each time it's heated to 75-80 degree temps. This fee must be paid in advance. Should you want this option, please send me this request at least 2-3 days in advance as it takes about 2 days to heat up. If this request is delivered far in advance, please set a reminder to request again 2 days prior.

DISCOUNTS:
We do not offer any discounts as this home is in high demand.

DECORATIONS:
Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or décor with adhesive strips allowed in this home as it rips off the wall paint. Please note that you will be charged for these damages should you violate this house rule. Also, NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons, etc. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest as these things are extremely difficult to clean up.

PETS:
NO pets allowed on the property of any kind.

SMOKING:
This is a smoke free property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the property at all times.
