"I had a great stay. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rooftop infinity pool was perfect, and was a bonus to have all to myself, great view of the mountains and some rice fields blowing in the wind. My room also had a great view of the mountains, large windows even in the bathroom. Great location just outside of town (5 minute grab ride to town) yet very close to some attractions, was a very nice break from the chaos. Wish I stayed longer, but i just used it as a stop over before an 8 am train ride the next day. Breakfast was great, with lots of options and fresh fruit. Staff was going above and beyond to make sure I had enough to eat before my 11 hour train ride. Overall a wonderful place "

"The location is in the well known from locals. Short distance of walks to Hoa Lu water river. Same type of breakfasts every morning, but it’s good. Beautiful tourist in the nearby area."

"Our stay here was good. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was okay, if you didn’t get there early the food definitely wasn’t as fresh as it could be. We had a big issue with noise. There is a bar right next to the hotel which blasted music and had people screaming into microphones into midnight. We asked to switch rooms but were told it would be the same anywhere in the hotel. So beware of that. As someone who likes a quiet area, this hotel didn’t meet that expectation. But we were also there on a weekend, so maybe that was why. "

"The hotel was so loud. I could hear everything from everyone. I was on the 5th floor and could hear a child screaming in the lobby. The first time someone above me took a shower, I had to check it wasn't pouring into my room. There was no restaurant, even though it says there is on their website. The area is all under construction and there was very much close by. To get to the walking street, you had to walk through the construction. Which felt dangerous at night. "
