"The staff was very helpful and kind. Included breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is historic and shows its age in some ways, but is clean and pleasant and charming. The massage I had at the spa was a delight and very reasonably priced the pool area is very pleasant and has room for choice between sunny and shaded areas. The garden view was pleasant but I'm sure it was better before Hue Times Square was built. Very convenient location, easy enough to walk if you arrive by train. The Perfume River is mere meters away. Truly one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at."

"Best staff, above and beyond helpful! The room was great, the bed was memory foam which was fantastic for Vietnam (usually all are hard spring mattresses). Quiet at night too, which is hard to come by in Vietnam. Great price too, decided after phong nha trip we’d go back to this hotel for another week. The balcony room is a real nice treat. "
