Only one thing, I was from TP Hochiminh and I felt the room was cold for me but I understand this kind of room type is general in Hanoi. Small Radiator was useful and Kitchen was also good and clean. “The accomodation was clean and spacious, but the area was very remote we couldn’t find any restaurants around at night time. The key of the villa did not work for our entire stay. We almost got locked out in 8 degrees weather. Thankfully we could get in because we had one of our windows unlocked. They have very limited hot water we had to have cold shower after 2 mins. They have no heater so I do not recommend this place for winter. The staffs were not helpful, they do not speak English even a……

“Made it halfway around the world with my reservation ready only to find a nice French couple had also rented the same unit. No notification, no warning. The owner apparently listed on several sites and doesn't check messages as often as perhaps she should. We used agoda to find a hotel nearby, which I recommend anyone considering this property also do. Save yourself the headache and scramble to find some other place at the last minute.”

“Owner never responded to my messages and on the day of arrival I was stuck at the Hanoi airport without check in instructions with my family. Had to cancel and quick find other accomodations. This listing is a SCAM!”
