It has free airport pick up and transfer services, but if you want to walk, it takes only less than 10mins to walk from the exit 1 of international terminal, if taking the short cut. It is a bit expensive compared to other hotels in the area, but its rooms are very new, very clean, quite nice, and it also has free bicycle for rent. “We just checked out this morning and this review is the most updated and honest. We arrived at the airport last evening. The resort provided free shuttle service, which is reliable and prompt after they confirmed your need. The room itself was clean and spacious. The receptionist is also friendly. Overall, the resort is good from many perspectives. Convenient stores, restaurants, and massage shops are walkable from the hotel. The night would be too boring. For those who arrived late and needs……

“服務態度非常好！以為自己不見了個戒指，酒店職員立刻拿出手電筒一路照著跟我找回到酒店門口。酒店環境和酒店網上照片一模一樣，舒適好住！雖然在山坡上，蚊蟲問題不嚴重，滅蟲做得挺好！周末還有免費的日出瑜珈班，超值的體驗！公眾泳池夠大，景觀好！完全不需要訂私人泳池的房間（我們訂了）”

“整間飯店的工作人員都非常友善，樂於助人❤️ 飯店距離熱鬧的卡倫海灘不遠，步行可到。附近有許多餐廳可以選擇，商店及藥局也一應俱全。 我們入住後，孩子就因為感冒病了，所以無法好好享受設施與環境。為了照顧孩子我們幾乎都待在飯店裡面，直到退房當天孩子好多了，但旅遊也結束了😂 感謝飯店服務人員對於我們的關心！”

“stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the view is very impressive when I walked into the front desk. However, I think the room needs some regular maintenance. Shuttle bus only offer one way with limited services. It would be great if they can offer return. ”
