「Friendly and efficient service! Room is clean, and the AC is comfortable. Breakfast has various types of foods and all are nice and fresh.」

「我們希望有一個悠閒的假期，於是選擇了有泳池得酒店，而且在入住前約一個月經揀選有泳池的酒店後選取了明珠酒店，到入住時大堂酒店職員毫無笑容，英文極差，完全沒有告知泳池維修事項，進入房間後衛生間無廁紙，需自行到外面找服務員，完全破壞我等悠閒之目的，永遠不會再光顧此酒店，亦希望 hotel.com 可以改善及通報給予將入住之客人。」

「Clean hotel and friendly staff! Location is great to experience parts of old town and a 10 minute drive to Rassada pier for those going to the islands. Only thing is they don’t have elevators so you may just have to carry your luggage up the stairs for those staying on higher floors. Great hotel!」

「遠離主要道路，比較安靜，步行往商店亦不算遠，約10分鐘，不落雨會好一點。床和枕頭都好睡，房間主色是白色，空間感大。」

「非常滿意💯 ～位置在布吉舊城區附近，酒店行過去大概10分鐘，非常方便。 ～酒店是Hip Hotel不是大型酒店，比較安靜。 ～開業不足半年，所有配套及設施也很整潔，整齊乾淨。 ～房間很光，有小型露台。 ～早餐豐富可以在check out時享用也沒問題。 ~周邊位置不是遊客區，主要是一些舊式商店，courtyard 斜對面，鐘樓轉彎就搵到。 💗check out有小禮物」

「friendly staff and cozy room. However, the sound of the air-conditioner was so loud that the sleep was disturbed. The maintenance department was very helpful but there’s no way to fix it well」
