“Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. “I enjoyed my stay at the BW Plus. It's super convenient (I walked home from downtown one night - not a short walk but very manageable). The property was clean, the staff was VERY friendly, the room was more than adequate (I had 2 queens and it had a desk/chair and side chair with 'breakfast tray.' The bathroom was just fine.
