「I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room」

「The hotel is very beautiful. It is located in the middle of lush green nature. If you want to reach the lively parts of the city, you need to walk, which can be quite challenging if you visit in winter. There is a nice restaurant inside the hotel, but in my opinion it is unnecessarily expensive. Therefore, I would recommend traveling when the weather is nice」

「我们一行8人是在RAI参展，因为有旅行社车接车送，所以选了这家性价比还不错的酒店。总体居住感觉还不错，很舒适放松的感觉。但是...很不幸的是9.10那天我们的小伙伴在酒店早餐厅失窃了，一转身的瞬间，2个人，包里的财物和护照被都被席卷而空，报警察无果，酒店方除了抱歉和配合调查并无其他表示，也怪我们太不小心了，幸亏导游给力，帮忙我们及时联系大使馆补办下证照，才得以顺利回国。很无奈，酒店的安全和对住客的保障一定要加强做好啊！」

「We were very happy with our stay. The room is cosy, spotless and very functional. The room and check-in worked well, the staff were accommodating and friendly. On-sight parking is available and we were able to park across from our room. We visited family so didn't get the chance to use the restaurant but it looked good. Suggestions for improvement would be: TV instructions in other languages than Dutch, a small heater in the living room or the possibility of lighting the fireplace (it got chilly...

「Great hotel. Feature beams in the room. Bar & restaurant for evening food with a canal side outdoors terrace facing the evening sun. Breakfast included was really nice and is in the cafe opposite. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very helpful. Very good for access to the train station which is 6 stops from Amsterdam Central, 15 mins. 」

「Very clean place with modern interior design and I love Weesp with its vibe. I wish they can improve more on guest communication as there is no physical reception. Especially I didn't receive any online check-in info via email so it brought me some difficulties to get inside the hotel and did the check-in procedures. The hotel always asked me to get help from the restaurant downstairs to the hotel but reality is that the restaurant was not helpful at all with the hotel guests.」

「Da es Personal im Restaurant unten drunter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplatz Situation ist schrecklich und auch der Preis für ein Tagesticket hat es in sich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, trotzdem wurde eine Renovierung an manchen Stellen sicherlich gut tun.」
