The stay overall was ok. While the staff and the hotel were nice enough, the bedding was absolutely terrible. The flat sheet constantly comes off the mattress leaving me sleeping on a bare hotel mattress. I fortunately had my own blanket from the flight which I used as a barrier. The food in the restaurant was the highlight! It’s a very thoughtful and delicious menu!

We had a very good stay here and are spending another night there soon. The lady in the restaurant made us a lovely take away lunch even though we should have ordered it the night before. My only complained is the soap and shampoo. I have scent sensitivity so I went and bought some neutral stuff. I have to take an antihistamine just to be close to people who used theirs. Upscale scents are not appreciated by everyone!

Nice property. Easy parking. Young woman at front desk was very helpful. Ate dinner at in-house restaurant. Not very impressed. Very limited menu and service was terrible. There were only two tables with customers and I just felt ignored by the wait staff.

Privacy on ground floor

Overall very good. Ground floor rooms with balcony seriously lack privacy as restaurant guests are basically in the room. We had to close the drapes all afternoon.

It is rated as a 4 star but I feel its more 3 star. Carpets were worn they should remove them. No fridge in room and beds ok but for 4 star they should be upgraded. Restuarant food ok but would except better if 4 star hotel. Otherwise good place to stay on the lake. Area is upscale.
