Nice Location

This Condo is in a great location to everything we wanted to do. Nice balcony overlooking the river. We could even watch the Dollywood fireworks at night a plus. The king size bed room could use better cooling only a small vent that is why it gets 4 stars. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect condo in the middle of pigeon forge close to all the attractions. Plenty of room for our family of 4 nice bathrooms and bedrooms. We will come here again loved the location.

This location is excellent for Dollywood and Splash country visits.The general lay out of the two bedroom suites combined with the living area and kitchen are quite ample for a party of four. The state of the exterior maintenance by this HOA is not at a VACASA property standard.

Very Pleasant Stay

I am a light sleeper and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and quiet this location was, even though you're just a block off the main road. It was wonderfully quiet, and the building and tenants were quiet too so we rested well. We really liked how the unit was updated and had all the conveniences of home to make our stay really enjoyable. The location was great - just a block off the main road and we could even walk to some of our favorite places to explore. And - we could see the fireworks from Dollywood off our very own balcony! We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, quiet. Kitchen was well stocked - better than other places. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Two big bedrooms and two full bathrooms was awesome. Love the balcony with the quiet view of the river. Plenty of parking every night. Super close to walking to places yet behind all the hub bub and noise of the main drag. Groovy place.

This was last minute booking. Me and my kids loved the condo. It was clean they provided the necessities. It was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to a few attractions and restaurants. We went early July and the weather was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great condo

This condo was as described. The location was great. Balcony over the river was great. We were only there in the evening, early morning, and to sleep. But it would be a nice place to spend time there. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Beds were comfortable. A light in the master shower would have been nice. We would definitely stay here again.

A rip off, stayed one night ,paid for 3 night's, it was a dump. cabinet door falling off, furniture covered with hair and food crumbs, closets full of equipment. Will not recommend to anyone.

When I arrived I had to clean the bathrooms in the house because they had not been cleaned properly! I had to go over certain areas in the house due to it not being cleaned! Considering you can’t check in till 4pm that was unacceptable

Convenient proximity to Convention Center

One street behind main drag. Very convenient for those wanting to be close to LeConte Convention Center. Overall, the accommodation served it’s purpose. Bedrooms and attached baths are on opposite sides of the condo. Provided nice privacy. The pool was adequate. Unfortunately ,the river isn’t more taken advantage of. It could be a beautiful view. We reached out to the listers and they quickly accommodated our request. Condo in need of some repair. The tiles on the balcony were loose and broken Fan in the back bathroom isn’t working. The lighting inside is darker than reflected in the pictures. Overall, efficiency over luxury.

Riverside condo

This property is in a great location for Dollywood and Splash Country visits. The interior amenities were satisfactory at best. With two small children We experienced a malfunctioning digital door lock that worked on one attempt to enter about half the time.the exterior of this property needs repair work.Upon our departure,with two smaill children,the elevator was out of order. We traveled down 6 flights of stairs to load our SUV and left many visitors standing in hallways on their phones seeking assistance

Disgusting

My kids feet turned black in about a half hour of walking on the floor. I also discovered that the bedding had bodily fluids on the bed and food crumbs embedded in the comforter. Absolutely horrible. Glad we got 100% of our money back and we left and rented a cabin 2 hrs later.

Clean and OCD review

I am a person who is OCD and needs everything clean. When we walked in it looked nice until the lights were not turning on because they were not connected. It was just little table lamps in the rooms, little light over the table that was not bright at all and the kitchen light which was really bright. The king bedroom was well lit. The bed was very squeaky when sat on or slept in. The bathroom did not have a vent or heater and the curtain was way to short so the water was coming out of the shower. If you’re a tall person the toilets are very short. The rug coming in from outside has curled,tripped on it a couple of times, the queen bedroom had no lights except the natural light and 1 table lamp but very bright bathroom light. Sink had hot water shower did not. Vent and heaters in this bathroom but not sure if the worked. The couch was very well worn and outdated. The tv in both rooms were very small and I could not see the screen. The living room had a big screen but the pictures were deceiving and did not have a smart tv so we had to purchase a Roku. The phone did not work at all. The disposal smelled sour. I am a very clean and organized person.
