“High end, low key. Old school Caribbean. Very personable, all staff are exceptional. Food excellent. ”

“The communication between the staff and guest are not great, the food selection was horrible, we had to eat out majority of the times. I wouldn’t go back to this place.”

“We recently stayed at Windsong on the Reef for our family vacation in Turks and Caicos. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the stunning turquoise waters of Grace Bay. One of the highlights is the amazing snorkeling right off the beach, which makes this hotel such a special place to stay. The resort has a peaceful, intimate atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. The natural beauty of the……

“There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe……

“The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.”

“Wonderful small quiet resort. Helpful staff and beautiful grounds, pool, beach, and ocean. Recommend!”

“Only thing is Wi-Fi speed very very very poor (solow)! Only first day ok (not fast just can using) 2 3 4 days. Every day. Too solow. Can not open website! Map! Who can believe? Hope there can update speed, every one need internet! ”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for,……
