“great room, walking distance to airport”

“Nevhm, I’m spelling her name wrong but from England was one the best staff and made my trip very warm and comfortable. Very attentive and very communicative. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only draw back, no private chair area on the beach.”

“Such a great place to stay for family or couple. My experience was great. Right nect door to amazing food shacks staff was so nice polite and informational. Great wifi access! Will stay here again!!”

“You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant……

“The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”

“West Bay Club was perfectly located with access to the beach. Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very nice and helpful. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves exactly how we wanted. I would highly recommend staying here!”

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. “Wasn’t too bad staff was very helpful and informal about things to do outside of the hotel. Only problem is the pool are could be a little better like fixing the jacuzzi it works but no bubbles.”

“The room is huge and clean with good amenities. The maids did a very good job daily. There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store). The staff is very friendly and check in on you daily, asking if there's anything they can improve on. I saw concerning comments about the hotel surroundings, particularly about safety.
