「We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.」

「A lovely little place near a beautiful area of Italy. The town is cute and quiet. The mountains are lovely and this is a great place to stay if you want to visit Frasassi Caves. The owner was friendly and welcoming. As a visitor from the United States, the host was able to speak excellent English which made the check in a breeze. Highly recommend!」

「Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... 「This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to...

「Quando si scrive una recensione é sempre un problema, soprattutto quando il luogo ti é piaciuto tanto, perché poi hai sempre la paura di non trovare più posto ! Cominceró col dire, che il parco che circonda la proprietá é bellissimo e si nota che le piante una ad una vengono amate. 「Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, ruhige Panoramalage, schöner Pool, jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten schattig und sonnig. Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen). Am Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (wir haben Gina und Orietta probiert, beide gut), Cafés etc. Sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte...

「Een ontzettend mooie vakantiewoning met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht op Gualdo. Het zwembad is zeer groot met zelfs een kleine duikplank. De woning is ook helemaal compleet ingericht en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Gail betrekt je goed bij de voorbereidingen en voorziet je regelmatig van informatie en updates. Je moet wel bereid zijn om even in de auto te zitten voor bezienswaardigheden (1 uur). In de omgeving zijn voldoende goede restaurants.」

「Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Gastgeber Nino war sehr bemüht. Das die beiden Bereiche/ Schlafzimmer getrennt sind, also 2 Wohnungen sollte direkt erwähnt werden. Personen die schlecht zu Fuß sind haben u.U. Probleme. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig.」
