The suite itself was classy and full of character. We had a brilliant private spa experience which was super relaxing after a long driver during the day. We also had our best dinner in Italy watching the sunset! Would highly recommend others to enjoy the Tuscan life at Capanna Suites.”

“While the property itself is beautiful, our overall experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard we expected. From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues that were handled poorly by management and staff. Our initial room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortable and unusable. We were initially told the hotel was fully booked, yet we were eventually moved to another room after considerable discussion. This was particularly frustrating……

“Thanks for the hospitality ! I can never forget the passion of the staffs there as well as the view from the resort. On top of the that, the resort is very convenience for tourist attractions, such as San Giminignano, Siena and factory outlet. Don't miss the dinner there, they provide real Tuscany cuisine made with local agricultural products. All in all, the resort is a 'MUST' if you visit Tuscany! ”

“We stayed in Italy for 10 days and visited 5 different locations and this was clearly the best. We stayed here for 3 nights, and it did not disappoint. We wished we had stayed longer. The facilities, grounds, and guest rooms are large and pristine. Everything is very clean. The food was exceptional including the breakfast and poolside bar which are easily forgotten with the amazing restaurants they have on site. “托斯卡尼如果叫我魂牽夢繫，全因為我曾經在Borgo San Felice停留過。一下車，就被整個壯濶的環境震攝住，一大片直連天邊的葡萄園，高聳，結實纍纍的松樹，整個心胸也寬濶開來。接待小姐非常nice的引領，小巧的房間，強力水柱，舒服的大床，豐盛的早餐，都叫我捨不得離開。入住當天晚上，我們點了T bone，入口即化的牛肉叫我驚豔，尤其是T bone 下的鹽板，保留了T bone的溫度，很棒。餐廳的氣氛和餐點都很可口。這是我住過最美的飯店，也是最愛的飯店。如果還有機會再回到托斯卡尼，我想，應該是為了Borgo San Felice”
