“My husband and I visited in January 2026 and had the most AMAZING and memorable honeymoon. The staff was wonderful and so helpful from the time we booked until the day we left. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The people who picked us up from the airport (our flight got in a couple of hours early) came within 10 minutes to pick us up early after we called and they offered us a local beer (or water). “Room was clean, outside of living room carpet which had a smell to it. Liked staff friendly, liked pet friendly. Well equipped kitchen. Bed comfortable. No 55 inch TV no movies channels as advertised. Furniture was unstable and falling apart ie: table, chairs, bedroom end table hanging off the wall . Outside was dark, no lights outside, dark alley walk way. Staff added and fixed lights the second night. lots of trash and flys near pool shower area. Smell was nasty. Waited almost 90 minutes……

“The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. “The resort is situated beach front and the view is beautiful. We were there during slow season so certain things weren't open or limited. The food was great! The Pool was wonderful. Service was a little slow but I think it was from lack of staff since it was slow season. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was perfect our family of 5. 3 adults 2 children. Air conditioning worked great. There was trouble getting into our room when we arrived due to faulty key issues. The resort……

“Very quaint property with attentive manager. AC worked wonderfully. Property is right on the water with a very small sandy beach. Barefoot bar is literally on the other side of the fence. Bring ear plugs if music bothers you at night; they close at midnight so not too late. My sister and I stayed here on the weekends during a two week stay in Belize. We were in three different rooms (3 weekends) and liked different things about each of them. All of the rooms had AC, microwave, mini fridge, and……

“Right on the walkway that crosses the main tourist part of Placencia, with easy access to everything. The place itself was quiet, very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and most importantly, had an AC unit. It was so hot outside! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.”

“This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5……
