"Had a decent place to lay your head and bed was comfortable. Some updating could be done. Pool was crystal clear. Wish the coffee service in main lobby was opened for early travelers. We left at 5am for a 7:30 flight and coffee wasn’t opened till 7:00 am. Staff was very helpful. Elevator needs some updating and cleaning. I would go stay again. "

"Booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle - IT DOES NOT OPERATE UNTIL 9AM!!!!!!!!! NOT HELPFUL when required to be at the airport by 7AM. None of which was disclosed when booking this hotel. Breakfast served at 6:30am - again not helpful!! Loud party going on in the lobby until late hours. Coffee pots - both of them empty & the front desk clerk is totally worthless to help with anything. Will NOT stay here again. At $180 - I feel robbed"

"The hallway smells outrageous. My hubby and I needed a place to stay for one night due to our plans needing to change. If you are a clean person you cannot stay there. This seems like a place where they let junkies stay. Everytime I walked the hallway, I had to cover my nose. I can’t even describe the smell. There were so many factors to the smell. I’m sure people were smoking, carpet had to have urine on it. I really couldn’t understand why it smelled so bad. I’m sure the hotel staffs smell it, it’s really disgusting. The walls in the room were so dirty. Linen did not look clean and fresh. I had to put a shirt on the bed just so my face couldn’t touch it. The fridge had juice stains. I will NEVER step foot in that place again. If I needed to stay more than one night, I would’ve checked out and go elsewhere. We were extremely uncomfortable. My hubby had to comfort me after I cried. He encouraged me to stay the night. I was going to sleep in my car. "
