「The property was clean and the staff was polite and friendly. Parking was easy. The heat and air both worked well. I found the staff misinformed and maybe needed better training. For example: When I asked if there was a shop to by sundries, I was told no. Well, there is a shop on the 2nd floor. Also, when I asked about maid service 2 people told me and my friend's family there was none, yet housekeeping came daily. Overall the stay was great tho.」
