「Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist.」

「Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

Nous recommandons au propriétaire : Renouveler les couverts (les anciens couteaux, fourchettes, cuillères sentent le laiton, ce qui est désagréable lors des repas). 「Sehr herzlicher Empfang und Einweisung ins Ferienhaus, sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch die Vermieterin. Da das Ferienhaus direkt an einem Fischweiher liegt, mitten in einem super angelegten Landschaftspark kann man die Natur herrlich genießen, den Vögeln zusehen und hören sowie sich bestens erholen. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch und sinnvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen!」
