「Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Alles was erg netjes en duidelijk. Huis is helemaal compleet met alle toebehoren en schoon. Zelfs een heerlijke massage kunnen boeken bij de eigenaresse. Enige minpuntje voor ons was dat de televisie geen apps had en geen mogelijkheid tot connecten met je telefoon of dergelijks. Maar dat was dan ook het enige! 」

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
