「everything was amazing from the food to the staff to the scenery」

「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2.
