「This hotel was fantastic. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional, the food (breakfast and dinner) were excellent with a great selection plus you can have food ordered to grill at the moment. We were very please with this and we definitely will come back. I almost forgot the spa, it was included in the price and is great. Two thumbs up !!!!」

「Our stay at this hostel was pretty close to perfect. Right at the start, the front desk agent, Adrian, gave us a warm welcome and was always a friendly face during our stay. He gave us some great suggestions of what to do around Mallorca and was very pleasant to talk to! The hostel was very clean, with a 5 min walk to the beach and tons of restaurants nearby. 「This place was breathtaking. The staff were really friendly, location is close to the beach, The hotel looks very modern and rooms are nice. Beds were comfy, Breakfast and dinner really nice. They were very flexible with our schedule and willing to give us breakfast earlier than it was normally. We were quite moved by this so if I ever visit near places again I will surely use this hotel again.」

「Fantastisk voksent hotel beliggende lige op til promenade og strand. Meget roligt hotel på trods af at Arenal i sommerperioden er invaderet af mange festglade tyskere. Super pool i baghaven, rigtig varieret morgenmad og rent hotel. Vælg helst 3 eller 4 etage og gerne med havudsigt hvis muligt」

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
