Update as of 06/25/24: We are in the rainy season, as we have been through a strong tropical storm. Due to this, Playacar has some flooded areas with a sewage smell. Although this is outside and does not affect the interior of the property, it is important that you know that we cannot do anything about it, other than wait for this to subside and for the authorities to help resolve it as soon as possible.

Getting Around:
The best way to move in Playacar is renting a car but you can always get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
Once the reservation is made the number of guests or days cannot be reduced. Check-in starts at 5 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability. Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $1500 pesos per day. If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask. Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance. Beds in 5 bedrooms can be set as a king or 2 twins, please let us know your preference in advance.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
Interaction with Guests:
Prosperous residential neighborhood with access to clear-water, white-sand beaches for relaxing or kitesurfing, diving, and kayaking. Near the Mayan ruins of Xaman-Ha.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
