「We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called.」

「The house was fantastic. It was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The back yard is something special with a lovely nice sized pool and hot tub. In terms of the host, they were extremely responsive to even the smallest question or issue that might have come up. Beth who was our house manager was friendly, organized, responsive and made sure that our stay went smoothly. Also, the location is beautiful with easy walks to the gym, shopping, and the beach. 「Wonderful location 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Playa del Carmen. The location was also ideal: about a 10–12 minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to Avenida Quinta, so we had great access to restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to explore. One thing we especially...

「We enjoyed being able to stay with our large group of friends. The house is nice and big and provides plenty of space. The pool was fantastic! The private beach is beautiful. It would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach with them. The house was nice and clean and we had a wonderful time! 」

「The house was incredible - exactly as pictured, but somehow even more beautiful in person! The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and fully enjoy the property without needing to go out. We hired a private chef one night that the property owners recommended, and she was incredible! There is a lot of natural light thanks to all the windows, while the greenery still gives it a very private and secluded feel. The gated community also felt very safe, with security and plenty...

「Our host, Greco, was great to work with before and during our stay. We were happy to have a house that accommodated our 20 family members. Safe location and central to all the fun things we wanted to do. 」
