「Wonderful hotel. Grounds are beautiful, all the staff is super helpful. We went on off season so not too crowded. All the restaurants were very good. We especially enjoyed Sairey as part of the go team and the imperial band was AMAZING!! Be aware no matter what building you are in there is going to be quite a bit of walking」

「Good stay for a few days at this hotel in Playa del Carmen in early June to decompress after diving both on Cozumel and the cenotes south of Playa. Nice location in the middle of a lot of activity — shops, restaurants, bars, etc. But the room was quiet and not noisy at all.
