This wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for a family or group of 4. With beautiful ocean views that can be enjoyed on the private living room balcony and a semi-private beach just steps away! Located on the second floor of a 3 story building this condo has a great ocean breeze to help you cool down after a fun-filled day enjoying your favorite activities! You can't get much closer to the beach than this condo!
Spend your days relaxing at the condo or on one of the many nearby beaches!
Activities in the area include (but are not limited to) world-class sports fishing, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, horseback riding, day trips to 2 volcanos, and much more!

Comfortable condo on private beach

Perfect location within walking distance of everything we needed yet on its own private beach. Renee was very accommodating and available. She also provided great recommendations for local, non-touristy restaurants. The water was great and the sunset from the beach was breathtaking.

Overall very good with a blip

The condo is older but reasonably well kept and was clean. Delightful view and lovely smaller beach. The downfall during our stay was that a hot water pipe or connection(unclear which) burst in the condo above us (they think that was the location) and the master bathroom flooded with some leakage into the bedroom. The bathroom cabinet and shelving underneath were soaked and damaged beyone repair. The manager was prompt to get her handyman to come in and remove all of the bathroom cabinetry but we had no hot water at the sink. We also lost water due to the community having a problem until the water tanks were refilled (seems that happens periodically). The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful spot!

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. Renee was a wonderful host and super easy to get a hold of, she was so accommodating. The place was clean and had everything we needed, the best part is the location. Just walk out straight to your beach!
