“Clean room and steps from the pool. The air conditioner is ice cold and the bed very comfy. We also liked the spacious shower. Pops ice cream is to die for and we enjoyed the short walk to mantas beach where we saw many monkeys with their babies, a sloth and her baby too along with the resident macaws! The pool is clean huge and very welcoming!! We liked the iguanas sunning beside the pool too. We would stay again, very private and abundant wildlife too”

“Room was good. Clean. Neat. Pool very nice. Quiet. Breakfast was superb and lady was so nice. You have to drive all through a small town to get there. But resort is very peaceful and quiet.”

“Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,……

“The first night, the hotel lost water, so we had to go to bed hot and sticky. Water was back on in morning. Second night we lost cable TV, that was down for two days. Maintenance guy tried what he could, he ended up needing to swap out the actual TV also. Upon arrival The room was clean, as a boutique hotel as expected the rooms are small. The online photos GREATLY EXXAGERATE the size of the property, pool, courtyard & rooms.. The staff was friendly and most were very helpful. The……

“Hotel looks exactly like pictures. Great location and view from pool area! Staff was amazing, especially Louis, He took amazing care of us. Loved the location (right in the middle of the shops to party, shop, eat, and relax on the beach) all in walking distance. ”

“Gutes Frühstück, gemütliche Zimmer, liegt direkt in einer kleinen Straße zwischen Strand und Einkaufsstrasse. Die Anlage mit schönem Pool hat uns sehr hut gefallen.”

“Staff need courtesy and professional training. We ordered a drink at the bar and no one knew how to ring it up. It took over 15 minutes to finally figure it out and they wouldn't let us just walk away. It was insane! Really ruined the rest of our stay. We had a big group who reserved 6 rooms, none us will be going back. ”
