「Staff in club lounge were amazing.
We did go for breakfast in general restaurant and it was a bit hectic so we kept to the club lounge for our remaining stay.
Our housekeeper Nancy (749) had our room spotless and was friendly, in fact all the staff in the hotel are friendly and this makes for an inviting and relaxing stay.
We have stayed 5 times now and will return with preferred club. 3 out of 5 have been club so we obviously enjoy the extras that club offers, in particular the terrace and of...

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
