「Must stay!」

「Need elevator」

「Le personnel est trop aimable et gentil, l’hôtel est propre, le lit est confortable, mais les appareils électriques comme le climatiseur et le frigo sont anciens et font du bruit. À part cela, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est fantastique!」

「Amazing stay!」

「Live this place」

「We stayed for three nights and had a very smooth experience. Check-in took only a few minutes, staff were very friendly, our room was nice and spacious, and we could easily walk to several local restaurants, Casa Maria is a great place to stay.」

「Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop pool area could be better, but overall pleased with the stay.」

「I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful. The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff. Highly recommended.」

「The view was really nice, the room clean, nice and cold. Also friendly staff…but there are too many stairs and the pool is just a hot tub.」

「This resort was tucked away in the mountain-side of the Zona Romantica. It has an old world beauty and feel. Antique furniture and charm are everywhere while you enjoy modern amenities. The staff is excellent and kind. Our room had three bedrooms and a living area that included a pull-out couch. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything a family would need to prepare meals should you wish to bring groceries. The front office even sells additional coffee grounds should you need some....

「Not your 5 star hotel but it has all the Mexican charme you would like. I can not say enough praise of the staff. I had an argument with a wave and lost it and ended in the emergency room with a twisted knee. They moved me to a ground floor room to get better around. Every time I needed help they were there. The even organized a walker for me in order get around.」

「Excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and several great Taqueria’s were located within a block of the hotel. This is located in the romantic zone, which is pretty central to taking Ubers to get around and see the sites. My prices to the staff for their energetic efforts and preparing the hotel for the coming hurricane. Very exciting. Would stay here again.」

「After a truly horrible experience with a different property in Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta shores was a saving grace for our family trip. The staff did their best to immediately accommodate our family when moving to their property at 11:00 a.m. The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned with amazing views. We will definitely be back!」

「Great location. Clean room. Easy check in.」
