The property is situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac, nestled in the countryside of Pleubian, France. Surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the serenity of the rural setting while being just 2 km away from the sandy beach of Kermagen.

Please note that there are animals in the neighborhood, adding to the rustic charm of the location. The property is conveniently located 1.3 km from the center of Pleubian, 2.5 km from Lanmodez, and 14 km from the town of Paimpol. Amenities such as shops and a supermarket are within a short distance, with the nearest shop being 1.3 km away and a supermarket 1.6 km away.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a cozy 3-room house spanning 100 square meters across two levels. The living room features a sofa bed, satellite TV, flat screen, CD player, and DVD player, with an exit leading to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a TV. On the ground floor, there is a shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find one room with sloping ceilings and a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with sloping ceilings and two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor.

Amenities Included
The house is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It features electric heating, a terrace with furniture, a portable barbecue, three deck chairs, a sitting area, and a box-room. Additionally, you'll have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge.

Other Information
Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of two small pets or dogs are allowed on the premises. A smoke alarm is installed for your safety. Towels are also provided for your convenience during your stay.
