“Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay ”

“Would absolutely give this property 5 stars if the lift was installed. I was well aware of the stairs, and viewed it as an opportunity to get in some exercise, but wouldn't want anyone to think climbing the stairs was for those with small children and luggage. The flat couldn't have been better- it was lovely and clean. It felt as if we were the first to stay there, although clearly we weren't.
