Restored with love and care, this cozy cabin is nestled in the breathtaking Pocono Mountains within the picturesque Locust Lake Village. If you're looking for a home away from home, this rejuvenated space offers a delightful blend of nostalgia and modern comforts for a unique stay. Set in the serene Locust Lake Village, Chippers Cabin grants you access to an array of amenities, promising an unforgettable vacation.
The space
A pocket of 826 sq ft of tranquility, this 1969 cabin has been eloquently brought back to life for you to enjoy. The home is nestled in a wooded and peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by nature. One can hear the footsteps of the deer or the chirping of birds while sipping their morning coffee in the beautiful outdoor spaces.
Entering the home, one will be greeted by an open concept area; a dining room and family room combination, through the openings, to the left is your updated kitchen and an island and to the right is your living room area with seating for four and 55” smart TV and stone wood burning fire place (fire wood provided).
The bedrooms are perfectly staged with queen sized beds, a small side table with Sonos speakers, bedside Varnado fans, and lamps providing lighting perfect for those book lovers. The main “Bear” bedroom has a cabnet for storage, a smart TV that can also be a secondary monitor or gaming for those in need, with an in-unit washer & dryer. The guest “Buck” bedroom has a small closet with a flexable shelving and hangers perfect for your clothing.
The Jack and Jill bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms (en suites for both bedrooms) and has a tub/shower beautifully tiled in white with black fixtures completing the look. A well-lit vanity with fogless controls that opens for extra storage will illuminate all of your best features!
Making your way to the side outdoor entertainment area. You have direct access from your side area to cook up your favorite BBQ dish on your large Weber grill or slip into your four-person hot tub.
Yard amenities are all around you, S'mores over a beautiful wood burning fire pit (wood provided), or nap on the large hammock. Dust off your competitive nature and play darts under the covered area or grab a cold beverage of choice and throw out the corn hole in the large driveway.

The home:
Enjoy the peace and quiet of your 2bd/1ba (Jack and Jill) cabin, with all modern amenities, including a beautiful view from side entertainment area, meal prepared in your renovated kitchen or on the Weber BBQ grill, lounge in the hammock or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Club Car rental based on availability and for an additional fee, please inquire if interested.
The community:
Chippers Cabin is located in Locust Lake Village. All guests must register each person and vehicle for the security of the community. These additional steps take just a few moments of your time and help our community maintain high safety standards for all. Amenities include three lakes with beaches, tennis courts, hiking trails, volleyball, playgrounds, and our active lakes are perfect for kayaking, canoeing (rentals available at Pines Lake), swimming, and fishing (PA fishing license required).
Once your registration form is completed, you will receive the following in an email confirmation (note: registration costs $35 per rental):
- Registration fee of $35 to the community and wristbands given at checkin, and returned free from damage upon checkout - photo & printer required- $40 for lost/damaged wristbands

Tesla EV Charger onsite, adaptor needed for other models (Non-Tesla vehicles must bring an AC adaptor, note not the same as SuperCharger DC one)
Additional fee for Golf Cart rental, and based on availability - inquire in DM
Pet fee - $150, max 2 small dogs
Township Registration # 007434 parking permit which must be displayed on every vehicle's rearview mirror, car registration is $5 per vehicle.
- Six wristbands to be worn by all guests 12/yrs or older during your stay, giving access to the amenities in the community.
