Disliked: Communication
I booked through Expedia (VRBO listing) for my trip in Podgorica and reached out multiple times to the owner days before my trip on VRBO, WhatsApp, and email with no response on how to get into the apartment. My driver when arrived found him on Facebook messenger and he said he was in Serbia and I cannot stay there AFTER I ARRIVED in Montenegro. He never canceled the trip to give me a refund and I have not received my money back.
