「It was located in a quiet historic village. The room was nice . Comfy bed , nice shower and bathroom. An Excellent full breakfast! And all for a very good price! 🙂」

「Met our hosts they were very welcoming when we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable, our daughter was travelling with us she had a small room next to us. The next morning we had a full English breakfast also cereal and toast if you wanted it. I must mention the back garden like something from a gardening magazine, with a beautiful large pond and water feature.」

「Lovely staff.」

「Nice good sized room and very clean. Great staff and a good selection of food.」

「We had a lovely stay in a charming old coach house. Staff really friendly and helpful, food was really good. The suite we stayed in was adequate, clean and comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.」

「Street is missing a trick. The town is crying out for a great, modern hotel with the facilities to challenge what is currently available - it would be an absolute winner. 「Great for a quick one night stop. Staff all friendly」

It was a maze to get to the room, of which you needed to remember 2 different key-codes before getting to your door....

「Lovely place to stay and very welcoming with great restaurant」

「We were only given 1 teabag for our stay. No hot water in the hand basin for shaving.」

「A fabulous, unique property….. highly recommend」

「David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.」
