「When booking I didn't realise the hotel was right next to the ticket office to Wookey Hole Caves, what a bonus. Checking in was easy and the staff were very informative. After a busy day we decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. You do have to reserve in advance but the staff went the extra mile and fitted us in, we were very thankful due to having an exhausted and hungry child. The restaurant manager was very unhelpful and rude when we had an issue with our bill, she wouldn't acknowledge us and kept sending us back and forth via waitresses to try and resolve this.
