「The hotel is grand old building, set in established gardens with pleasant views across the Somerset levels. The staff are very pleasant, accomodating and friendly. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Thrre is pleanty of free car parking. The hotel is a large historic building and has a rambling assortment of extentions . There are no lifts meaning you have to carry your cases up and fown numerous stairs in and out of buildings and through numerous doors. Our stay coincided with a wedding ...

「This is a beautiful gem of a hotel. It was like stepping back in time to the classic era. Staff were great! Both friendly and accommodating. Free car park is a bonus. 」

「房間非常寬敞，有浴缸，在英國以這價錢能有這樣的房間已是超值。附近有超市和Fish & chips shop，也算方便。因今次是自駕，所以酒店位置是沒問題的，但如果搭公車就不是太容易去到了。」

「Friendly helpful staff . Very clean, nice room with comfy bed and nice bath. Menu looked good value for money. Good location with pub and shops nearby. Lovely pool with great jacuzzi and sauna. 」

「Rooms were not cleaned to a very good standard, lots of bits on the floors, behind sofa and beds. Very dusy in bathroom on window cill. Mirrors were very streaky. Room smelt very musty on arrival even though the windows were left open before we arrived.」
