“Very nice smoke free facility.”

“Great hotel the only issue was they don’t have actual blankets on the beds. They only have thicker sheets. I froze at night because of it. Also most of their parking is in the back of the hotel. This wouldn’t normally be a problem unless it’s raining and you have to walk in the pouring rain because of it. They don’t have a back entrance and that really sucks.”

“Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent.”

“A very nice hotel in a great location and close walking distance to casinos, restaurants, and the beach. Very secure and private. As pictured, the patio seating area was relaxing, and the room is spacious. Will definitely stay here again.”

“everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. All things were minor but things that can be easily remedied. We fullly enjoyed the stay and the bed/pillows were……

“We stayed at Scarlett pearl for the proximity to the marina. We love that the property is pet friendly and the fee was reasonable $75 with tax about $83. However, the hotel does have various rules for guests ,all guests need to check in with security the room card and an ID , no coolers allowed and they will not accommodate any special requests or upgrades they will tell you your welcome to pay for the upgraded price.”

“The room was across the hall from a room that they were dehumidifying. The air made our room feel "wet". It was terribly uncomfortable. The receptionist reluctantly agreed to move us to another room only after maintenance came. All he did was turn our air down to 60. That just made the room wet and cold. It was just unbearable. Tried to call the front desk and found out the phone was not working. The pool water looked like soup it was so cloudy. The room was not made up any of the three……

“Always a nice place to stay. Would be nice if bar at pool was open. Would be nice if restrooms were operational at pool. They are missing out on making that (pool time) a nice peaceful fun experience for us adults.”
