Nestled on the outskirts of Polop, in the heart of Spain, "Flor de Poniente" is a very large and very comfortable terraced house spread across 2 storeys in a sunny residential area characterised by private villas. This semi-detached holiday rental offers a refined and peaceful retreat for those seeking both space and comfort in a privileged natural setting. The property is fenced and benefits from shared use of a generous swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 50 to 180 cm and available throughout the entire year from 1 January to 31 December. The yard features a well-maintained lawn that contributes to the serene atmosphere of the surroundings. Guests also benefit from Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property, ensuring connectivity during their stay, as well as convenient parking available directly on the premises.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of "Flor de Poniente" are thoughtfully designed to make the most of the sunny climate of the region. The shared fenced grounds include a lush lawn area that provides a pleasant setting for relaxation and outdoor leisure. Unit Layout

"Flor de Ponoig" is a bright and spacious granny flat of 90 m2 spread across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum capacity of 6 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the ground floor, the living and dining room of 23 m2 offers a welcoming and well-lit space equipped with a digital TV and climate control. From this area, you have direct access to the patio. Also on this level, 1 bedroom of 8 m2 is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor is further completed by a shower room with WC and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. The first upper-floor bedroom measures 7 m2 and contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room with WC and access to the balcony. The second upper-floor bedroom measures 8 m2 and is furnished with 1 french bed of 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, served by a full bathroom with bath and WC, also with access to the balcony. The property additionally benefits from a terrace of 11 m2, a patio of 20 m2, and a further patio of 40 m2, all offering very beautiful views of the mountains, the swimming pool, the garden, and the surrounding countryside.
