This gorgeous three-story home sits directly across from the ocean, with direct beach access, making it the ideal spot to bring the whole group together for a beach vacation! It's also across from one of the very few traffic-free beaches in the area.

Step through the front double doors on the second level into a sprawling living room. The bar in the living room makes it the perfect gathering spot, complete with a large flat-screen TV. From the living room, step out onto your private balcony overlooking the pool and fire pit below. The balcony now has Plexiglas across the entire railing, making it safe for even the most curious tiny traveler. Next to the living room, the spacious kitchen and dining room offer an abundance of counter space, a double oven and ample seating, making this fully stocked kitchen any cook's dream!

Just behind the kitchen, a hybrid office and bedroom has a computer for your use and a full bed. Please note the photos show a sleeper sofa in this room, which has since been replaced with a traditional full bed. The office door has glass, so it does not offer full privacy. The primary suite is also located off the living room on the second floor. With two armoires, a king bed and a Dyson fan, this primary suite is loaded with comfort! The sprawling ensuite primary bathroom offers an oversized Jacuzzi tub, a double vanity, an oversized walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

Head up to the third floor, where you can look out over the living room below on your way to two guest bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The first guest bedroom offers plenty of sleeping space with a queen bed and a twin bed, along with an oversized armoire, a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. Across the hall, the second guest bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite full bathroom and a partial view of the ocean across the street.

The first floor of the home has a second kitchen equipped with everything but an oven. With the pool entrance on this level, it's a great spot to prepare poolside meals. Off the kitchen is an additional sleeping area with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and a furnished sitting area. The full bathroom off the kitchen and 2-car garage offers an easily accessible walk-in shower with a low ledge and its own exterior entrance, making it the perfect restroom when you're using the pool and beach. The laundry room has full size machines, a utility sink and an iron and ironing board. Altogether, Sunnyside Up comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests.

Head into the gorgeous, expansive backyard to take in the Florida sunshine year-round! The oversized pool and expansive deck have room for the whole group, and a large shallow area on the left side of the pool is perfect for the littlest family members to splash around or for lounging in the sun while staying cool. Unwind in the hot tub, fire up the grill and gather on plenty of outdoor seating. After a long day of fun in the sun, enjoy a glass of wine in an Adirondack chair by the fire pit, or bring the kids out for s'mores over an open fire.

Please note that while the weather here is warm nearly year-round, the pool, like most pools in the area, is not heated.

This home can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, with 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Due to city restrictions, no more than 2 cars can be in the driveway at any time, and trailers cannot be parked on-site. We'd be happy to refer you to an off-site parking company upon request, which accepts additional vehicles, RVs and trailers.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
