House with a view

The house is as pictured. It felt like a fairly new home and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were so sweet and left what felt like a welcome tray of delicious treats (fruits, milk, eggs, bread and more). The infinity pool was beautiful. The only unexpected thing was being unable to flush toilet paper into the toilets. It seems like a common practice to throw tissue in the bin instead of the toilet in public places around the island. I didn’t expect this in our accommodations. I guess I am a city girl at heart. Overall, our stay was lovely and the owners were super hospitable. This is my second visit to Madeira and the island is welcoming.

Alles maar dan ook alles was in orde. Een vriendelijke ontvangst. Een prachtig verblijf. De mama was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis voor 6 personen is zeer goed uitgerust. Alles is voorzien. Het zwembad is zalig. De omgeving heeft veel te bieden. We hebben wandelingen gedaan en dolfijnen gaan spotten. Ponta do Sol is een leuk dorp. Eigenlijk niets, het is al super goed!

Fantastic stay

Everything is just right here. The accommodation is new, clean, spacious and well laid out. The location is perfect for a relaxing stay in the middle of banana plantations. The infinity pool is a dream. The view is breathtaking, both towards the sea and the neighboring valley. The hostess offers a fantastic service with home-grown fruit and vegetables, bread, coffee and much more. Requests are dealt with immediately. From the hostess as well as from the employees of Madeira Sun Travel. Many thanks for a very relaxing stay. We will definitely be back. Sabine and Horst
