Peaceful recovery

It was truly a home away from home, with the ocean as backyard. Truly cozy home. Chris was great and took excellent care that we always felt at home. We definitely want to come back and recommend for an excellent vacation, with family.

Serendipity

House was well-maintained and clean. It was probably the most well stocked house we have ever rented and we have stayed in many homes up and down the Atlantic and Gulf coastline. The owner was very responsive to our questions, answering all of them in a timely manner. The beach was awesome!!! It was easy to get to and just a few steps from the house. For those who enjoy shelling, there were plenty to choose. We loved it and would rent from these owners again.

Terrific Family Getaway

Great house in great location. Everything was "as advertised" and better. It is evident that the property owners have taken great pride in the house. The house was well equipped with quality accommodations in every way. We spent most of the time on the back patio and on the beach. Chris, the owner, was available and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Luxurious Retreat on the Beach

What an amazing home with fabulous views and a private beach. It was everything that we had hoped for and more. It has great areas inside and outside where you can visit with your family and friends or find a place to read by yourself. Everything that we needed was there, including a well-stocked kitchen ready for any chef. All you need is the food. Thank you for sharing this home away from home. I can't wait until we can come again.

This was a awesome property decided to go somewhere else this year with the family on vacation and choice this property on arriving the area was awesome thought we where in the wrong area and the beach was awesome as well not crowed very private great neighbors as we are accustomed to very crowded beaches and the property manager was great answering any questions we had and communicating with us had a great time with kids and grandkids

Great beach house!

First, Chris is as good of a communicator as host as any we have had. From booking to check out was very prompt to respond. House had so many areas to enjoy that a week wasn’t enough to utilize them all fully…but we tried! The house is everything that is pictured. Great views! I didn’t see many reviews that mention fishing, so for the fishermen check out kayak fishing on the south end of Guana Lake! We were all over the redfish! I would recommend this property!

Our favorite place

This is our second time staying at this property and it is nothing short of amazing. The beach is so nice and private. The house is clean and beyond comfortable. No detail has been overlooked. We brought my parents with us this time and they were blown away too. The property manager has top notch communication and is only a text away if you need anything at all. We can’t wait to stay again (hopefully 2 weeks next time because 1 week is just not enough)

Beautiful home and perfect for our family of 8. Owners were very nice and responsive. I would note that one bedroom is detached (it was no issue for us, but not clearly stated) and the bedroom in the house with its own bathroom stayed much warmer than the rest of the house. But otherwise no complaints. We enjoyed our stay :).

Comfortable and spacious

There are so many areas to chill and take in the ocean breeze. The beds were comfortable and nice accommodations. The drive to St. Augustine was convenient and a nice private beach to have to ourselves. Thank you for a memorable 50th!

Beautiful location

From the initial conversations (I had a LOT of questions, as this was my first VRBO rental) with the owners to to checkout, it was a great experience. The home is in a great location - in between Jacksonville and St. Augustine - right on the beach. It was nice and quiet, as we were looking for a place to relax without all of the hustle and bustle of the downtown and standard beachfront areas. I would highly recommend and look forward to booking this location again in the future!!

All Decked Out is an amazing home perfect for family! The owners quickly answered questions and provided more information. Having 2 laundry sets was so nice! Our family enjoyed being able to walk right out the backyard to the beach & ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

The property manager’s communication exceeded expectations! He was super responsive and kind. The photos were exactly like the house. It was beautiful and so was the view. The beach was very calm and clean. We overall had a great stay and the house’s floor plan was so cute and unique!

Beautiful property, Great owner.

This property was everything it was advertised to be and more. Pictures were 100% accurate and the amenities not shown by pictures such as kitchen utensils, etc. were exceptional. Sonos music system was delightful. This is an exceptional property ! The owner was incredibly cooperative and helpful. I am just not sure how are our vacation could have been any more enjoyable. If you want beach front in the Vilano/ Ponte Vedra area, this is the place!

The Best

Wow, Chris (owner) has thought of every possible item to make this a perfect getaway beach retreat. From binoculars, tide clock, fish/shell identification books, games, more towels than a rugby team would need, ice machine we couldn’t empty, great beach and deck chairs. I could go on but you get the drift. Two hard to find items in beach homes (this is a home not a house); A/C which kept us at 73 degrees on 96 degree days and no nearby public access, we arrived on Sat to find one person on the beach. We loved it and we’re going back. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Thanks Chris
