Perfect Beach House!

We loved our stay at Sandy Dunes! Beautiful house with an incredible view! Loved having coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise, walking up and down the beach, shelling and swimming in the ocean. Close to St Augustine and all the amenities there. Easy check in and check out. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Just what we needed!

We had such an amazing time at Sandy Dunes! What an incredible place to relax, unwind, connect and enjoy family. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us (and the dog) to be comfortable and spend quality time together. House was very clean and well appointed. Property managers were very responsive (we had a couple minor issues during our stay that were promptly addressed). Very convenient to downtown St. Augustine, the grocery store, etc. I think our favorite part (aside from the quality family time) was how private/empty the beach was. We practically had it to ourselves and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The views from the house are spectacular! Definitely recommend!

Lovely home

This is a beautiful home and an excellent location. The home is so close to the beach we were comfortable letting our 3 year old play in the sand while we sat on the deck. The amenities in the home were perfect- tons of towels, a large washer/dryer, nicely stocked kitchen, and wonderful views. The house has obviously been completely redone recently. The only caution I would add is the spiral staircase is very dangerous for small children. It is very steep and narrow. We were able to purchase a baby gate to protect our crawler. The air conditioner went out at 3:30 on Friday afternoon but David jumped on it immediately. It was repaired within a few hours. It was a wonderful week for our family.

Clean and very comfortable

Enjoy the property and love the location. Stairs are a bit steep if you had young kids but for adults only, perfect.

Great location!

The house was beautiful and a fantastic location. The kitchen was well equipped however all of the guides that say the heat of the burner are rubbed off on the stove top so as a family that cooked all of our meals, that was a little difficult. Check in was easy however we let them know we were arriving at 3:45 but we still couldn’t get in before 4 so we sat outside for 15 minutes. Not a huge deal but paying this much for a rental asking to be let in 15 minutes early did not seem like a big deal. A lot of remotes missing batteries, I will say the management company was responsive. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful house and location!

This house was beautiful! Well laid out for a big group. The house was fully equipped and furnished. Plenty of room for everyone. It's right on the beach and we can't wait to come back next year!

The house was perfect for a beach getaway while hubs was doing business. Only thing we didn't like was the spiral staircase everything else was perfect.

Beautiful house right on the beach

Had an amazing 3 night stay at this property ! Beautiful, clean home with the beach as a backyard. The property manager is super responsive. Glad that the table in the kitchen actually seats 8 people instead of the 4 seater table pictured currently. Only minor annoyance was the major street that can be a bit noisy with cars speeding by but other than that it was great. Highly recommend

Beautiful beach, beautiful views

Loved our stay. The only minor complaint is that the house is close to A1A and the speed limit is 55 MPH on that road. Sometimes the traffic noise can be a little annoying during busy hours. Aside from that, the house was amazing! Loved the wrap-around porch with plenty of room to sit with family and enjoy the views. Dolphins were out every day, gorgeous sunrises, everything you'd want in a beach vacation.

Incredible Views

This location is stunning. With nearly 360 degree views of pristine beauty, you can’t go wrong staying here. The house was large and accommodating. We were more than comfortable and would love to stay again.

Fabulous!

Girls long weekend that could not have been better. This property is wonderful.Clean and very comfy, beach is to die for! Beds are very comfortable, lots os space. We will be back!

Incredible Property

This was the perfect vacation for my family. The house was very clean and updated. The owners provided more supplies than I have experienced at other vacation rental properties. For example, trash bags were provided, hand soap(not bar soap), laundry detergent and even beach towels. Almost every room has a picturesque view of the beach. Even better, the beach is essentially your backyard. It was like having your own private beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive away. My wife and kids really appreciated the hot water outdoor shower to rinse off after being at the beach. The owners were great to deal with and very responsive to any requests. We are already trying to figure out vacation time for next year to rent this property again.

Beautiful and calm beach retreat

It was a great stay for adults and kids alike. There are lots of beach items and the outdoor heated shower is great to limit sand in the house. The house itself is at least as good as shown in the pictures.

Wonderful location

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The direct access to the beach for our children and dog were so convenient. The house was clean and we loved the sound of the ocean. We also enjoyed the hiking trails of the natural space across the street.
