“This was a great value for the space, loved the room, only complaints are the “garden view” was the landscaping in the parking lot and the shower floor was extremely slippery when it was wet. Nice girl at the front desk too”

Owners clearly care about this property and making their guests feel at home. We chose this cottage for its described proximity to downtown St. Augustine. I wouldn't say it's "next to" downtown, as it took us about 20 minutes to walk to that area. However it was an easy walk and not a problem for us……

“We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. ”
